At DIPSET COUTURE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Ship the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
